The Business Brain™ Sprint is a focused 2-week engagement where we work together on your single highest-friction pillar — the one area of your business that’s creating the most cognitive load right now. We start with a 90-minute diagnostic session — working through the Business Brain™ Scorecard together and identifying your highest-friction pillar. From there, I build a custom Sprint plan specific to your business. Over two weeks, we work through it with a live build session, async check-ins, and a wrap call. You leave with something real. Not advice. Not a template. Something built.

Monthly Clarity Support is an ongoing retainer for continued operational refinement — light, async-friendly, and designed to prevent drift back into old patterns. Available to Sprint and Setup graduates. This is how a one-time engagement becomes a business that keeps improving. It’s also how founding Sprint clients have the option to continue working together after their initial Sprint wraps.
