  • Information you give us: your name, email address, and any details you include when you fill out a form, take the Business Brain™ Scorecard, book a call, buy a product, or contact us.
  • Scorecard responses: your answers and results when you complete the Scorecard.
  • Payment information: when you purchase, your payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe and Gumroad). We do not store your full card details.
  • Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics, often through cookies (see Section 5).

3. How we use your information. To deliver our products, services, and free resources; to send your Scorecard results and related emails; to respond to your messages; to process purchases and bookings; to improve our website and offerings; and to send marketing emails you’ve opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime).

4. The tools and service providers we use. We share information only as needed with trusted providers who help us run our business, including:

  • Kit (email marketing) — to store your email and send our emails.
  • ScoreApp (the Scorecard) — to run the assessment and generate your results.
  • Calendly (scheduling) — to book discovery calls.
  • Stripe and Gumroad (payments and digital products) — to process purchases.
  • Google (Drive, Meet, and related tools) — for delivery and calls.
  • Google Analytics — for website analytics.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We don’t sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and tracking. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. How long we keep your data. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 7).

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. 8. How we protect your information. We use reasonable measures to keep your data secure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy. Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 (or under 16 where applicable).
