I keep this simple and fair — no fine-print games. Here’s how payments, cancellations, and refunds work across everything I offer. Questions anytime: at hello@bilbreylee.com.

Payment methods. Services and calls are paid through Stripe; the Workbook is sold through Gumroad. Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless we’ve agreed to a payment plan in writing.

Business Brain™ Sprint ($497 founding / $1,497). A Sprint reserves dedicated time with me, so:

  • Full payment (or your agreed plan) holds your spot.
  • Cancel 7+ days before your start date: full refund.
  • Within 7 days of the start, or once we’ve begun: fees are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice.

Monthly Clarity Support ($397/month).

  • A month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract.
  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
  • Past payments aren’t refunded, and there’s no partial-month proration.

Business Brain™ Setup ($3,997–$5,997).

  • By application. Typically begins with a deposit, with the balance on an agreed schedule.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Specific terms are confirmed in your project agreement.

Workshops.

  • The intro workshop is free — just register.
  • Paid workshops ($47) include instant access to the session and replay, so they’re non-refundable. If you ever can’t access what you paid for, email me and I’ll make it right.

Business Brain™ Workbook ($47).

  • As an instant digital download, the Workbook is non-refundable. If you have any trouble accessing it, reach out and I’ll help right away.

Free discovery calls.

  • No charge. If your plans change, please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email so the time can open up for someone else.

Failed or missed payments (plans & subscriptions).

  • If a scheduled payment doesn’t go through, I’ll reach out so we can sort it. Access may pause until the balance is current.

Before a chargeback.

  • If something feels off about a charge, please email me first — I’d much rather make it right directly than have you dispute it with your bank.

Changes to this policy.

  • I may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Your purchase is governed by the policy in effect when you bought.
